It seems that mankind is far more interested in the so-called afterlife than ever before. The book that I have created looks directly behind the veil from the eyes of its main character, Horatio Eduardo DeGrado. It follows Horatio from the onset of his introduction to the world of spirit at a tender age, to his transition in that world and his existence in the heavenly realms. Emphasis is placed on his life on the other side with a good deal of metaphysical and spiritual philosophy garnered by his companion character, Doctor Harrington; his guardian angel of sorts. The manuscript relies heavily on descriptive narrative of the other side of life: which has been brought about through much reading, many meditations, very descriptive and truly cognitive dreams, and, of course, a keen imaginative mind on the part of the writer. Through Horatio's eyes, we get to visit other realms and learn what life awaits us all after our earthly passing.
