The Salem Witch

In the small New England town of Hadley, Massachusetts, a mother and daughter have gone missing, and all signs point to the mother’s abusive, alcoholic boyfriend as the culprit. After a weeks-long, active investigation, however, local and state police come up empty and the boyfriend walks away, a free man.

Ten years pass by, and FBI Assistant Director Marvin Ledds happens to be passing through the area when he reads a local newspaper story about the tenth anniversary of the women’s disappearance. Their fates left unknown, the assistant director decides that he has just the man - and just the right woman - to look into this heartbreaking mystery.
