The Coyote’s Tale

Two is better than one. Cayden lives by that code. Surviving his upbringing was no small feat, but the hardships of his childhood gave him a unique set of skills and attributes. One of these attributes is a voice, a separate personality, that lives in his head. It calls itself the Coyote, and has helped Cayden survive a dangerous life. After being released by the organization that controlled his life, Cayden and the Coyote exercise their newfound freedom by travelling the galaxy. They find success working as a mercenary, but that lucrative career is not their goal. With the Coyote’s help, Cayden is making plans. Cayden only wants one thing. Kalista’s freedom. He’s been in love with her since their childhood, but when the organization that raised them turns on her, Cayden and the Coyote are forced to launch their plan in order to save Kalista’s life. But the organization has plans of their own. They’re not done with Cayden. And he’s not done with them.
