Harvest from the Vineyard: Lessons Learned from the Vineyard Symposiums is an outgrowth of an annual California community college leadership symposium designed to address issues faced by a select group of experienced community college chief executive officers. The book’s authors, current facilitators of the symposium share and respond to recurring challenges submitted by participants through the years. Advice is provided as to possible responses to the variety of issues needing resolution. Although some of the responses are California-centric, the majority are universal and useful to administrators at any level and in any state.
