We Could Be Heroes: A Collection of Poetry and Short Fiction

Bard has finally finished his last undergraduate class, and prepares to receive his degree at his University graduation. However, an unlikely discovery and a one of a kind power causes his world to change forever. We Could Be Heroes is a collection of short fiction and poetry that tells a story of love, loss, morality, identity, spirituality, growth and inevitable change during the integral transition from college, to the real world. Through our first person point of view of Bard’s story through McCain’s poetry, we become enthralled as both he and the reader address the important question, If you could heal the world, or have the world, which would you choose?
