Cold Comfort

At age 19, John Colucci was found not guilty of murder by reason of insanity and committed to a mental institution. Eight years later, he’s released to begin a new life. Someone wants to make sure he never gets the chance to live it. John’s list of enemies is vast. Even his own brother-in-law is determined to see him re-institutionalized. As John struggles to navigate his independence, he finds reasons to live. It isn’t long, however, before the nightmare begins anew, shattering the peace and forcing John to fight for his life and what’s left of his sanity.
