Key terms are listed at the beginning of each chapter, and are highlighted in the text with an accompanying margin definition to assist students’ understanding of the material (go to the glossary for a full listing of all key terms). In brief boxes summarise key points relevant to the particular area of law under discussion. Business tips and Business risk management alerts identify areas of the law that people in business need to be alert to or aware of. The key cases listed at the beginning of relevant chapters are identified by a red background in the text.
