The trials and tribulations of a young orphan in Ireland in the fifties and sixties. Part of the story is the way I was treated in my time at the Orphanage in Rathdrum, Co Wicklow, Ireland. The many unusual happenings of other worldly encounters that introduced me to a unseen spiritual world. The book is divided into four major parts: 1. Orphanage in Rathdrum, years 1-10. 2. Artane Industrial School in Dublin, years 10-15. 3. Melbourne, Australia, years 15-17. 4. Sydney, Australia. I have tried to stay in the first person to let the story be the driving force. I rely on memory to describe how I felt and thought at the time of the stories. I saw clearly how much Providence played a part in my circumstances, however sad, and how events caught hold of me that were of a supernatural origin; by way of visions and dreams, voices, trances, that led me to being reunited with my long lost family in Australia. I narrated my experiences, both good and bad as my journey headed towards my leaving my Catholic faith in search of other beliefs. Then I outline the supernatural events that pointed me towards a spiritual renewal, from years of depravity and drugs.
