Happy Face is a raw and deeply personal memoir of one woman’s path to rebuild her life and relationships across ten years and eight pregnancies. Stephanie Carello experienced the rare trauma of full-term stillbirth, TFMR birth, multiple miscarriages, a cancer scare, severe PTSD and a nervous breakdown.
