A Murrumbeena Scrapbook

A Murrumbeena Scrapbook is a photographic and documentary history of book of the suburb of Murrumbeena, in south-eastern metropolitan Melbourne. Comprising approximately 200 images from Murrumbeena's past, many of which are published here for the first time, this book is the culmination of over 35 years of research by Colin Smith. Here, the images are supplemented with oral histories and anecdotes from Murrumbeena's community.

A Murrumbeena Scrapbook celebrates the township, its notable residents, as well as the many historic buildings and industries that supported the community from its earliest days.
