Jessie I was content with the state of my life. My solitary existence was what I chose, I was better off when no one held me to promises. Love? Well that is just a distant memory, a lesson learned the hard way. Then she happened. My sister's best friend, all sunshine, and rainbows. With every skip into the room, she stole the air from my lungs, resurrecting feelings I'd buried deep. She is a temptation I can't shake, and completely off limits, not that she'd want me anyway. I just don't know how long I can avoid the best part of my day before I ruin it by doing something we can't take back.
