Short Bits is an eclectic mix of messy literary explosions, from high fantasy to space opera and back again, each one exploring a new world. They're written for the fun of it and published here because otherwise they'll sit in a drawer, and where's the fun in that?

Short Bits Volume 4 includes five original stories, including several science fiction tales. We open up with Transmission, a space opera with a futuristic samurai fighting to save her Lady, and conclude with Dread Space, a ghost story about a mysterious abandoned spaceship. In the middle is Felis Fetura, the fourth instalment in the I Am Maggie series, as well as Letters I'll Never Send, a near-future urban fantasy, and the funny-yet-gross Corpses & Demons Horses, where two shapeshifters discuss what to do with a woman's corpse.

Every story is introduced by the author, taking you behind-the-scenes and providing insight into the inspiration and writing process behind each one.
