Left alone to raise his young daughter, Josey, after the devastating unexpected death of his wife so young, Steve Frankston doubts he’d ever find such beautiful love again. Time, though, would temper his fragile feelings. Unexpected, on a planned winter vacation road trip from their hometown Memphis to a much warmer Florida, together, they meet the rather captivating, stunningly attractive, Margaret ‘Maggie’ McConnell, whose more than unique profession would cause Steve to ‘be in contact’ until the needs of his personal and professional challenges were satisfied. Time and distance soon aggravates the demanding task at hand, as does a terrifying event destined to rock their very foundations. Their chances for survival will become severely tested, forcing them to share the inevitable end result, heartbreaking choice; move forward, or turn back.
