Wings of Faith

There’s a new queen in Criseyde, but when she kills all who have the ability to stop her, heroes must rise from the ashes and refuse to rest until they’ve seen her burn. Kaiya is a fairy of the violet wing. At the age of fifteen she lost her parents to the bitter rule of a power-hungry queen…and fell in love with the handsome Ranger. But when Ranger announced he had taken an oath not to marry until Queen Isana was dead, their paths parted. He left to fight and she stayed in the elf-hating town of Epidote, waiting for God’s guidance. But as a fairy of the violet wing, few realize that Kaiya is the only fairy who can free them from the tyrannical Queen Isana. They don’t see that she will be their hero. In fact, the faeries of Epidote barely tolerate her. Even as she follows paths she knows she must navigate, resistance comes from her family, her friends and, most of all, her enemies. Even her love for Ranger cannot go untested, and conflicting emotions force her to ask if everyone really is as they appear.
