Tasteful Diversity: Stories Our Foods Tell

Trinity Christian College students take you on a trip around the world with their collection of food essays: 25 stories, 25 recipes. Read one of the stories, try out a recipe-maybe it will trigger the story you have to tell. These essays made my day. The writing is enticing and wonderful in so many ways. I am pleased beyond measure that my book could trigger students to appreciate racial and cultural diversity.
