If You Give a Cat a Kolache

Brooks Byrd wrote If You Give a Cat a Kolache when he was 7 years old. Reading, writing and drawing are some of his favorite activities. Laura Numeroff’s If You Give…Series inspired Brooks to create his own circular tale involving a cat and one of his favorite foods–a kolache. Brooks decided to publish his work in the hopes that more kids will read and create their own stories to share.
