This dictionary includes more than 31.500 words. It is based on the Albanian dictionary of standard language: Fjalori Drejtshkrimor i Gjuhes Shqipe 1981. The words are grouped based on their endings. With endings , in this dictionary, we define the last part of each word, starting from the vowel that holds the stress. The words are grouped further more in base on their classes in linguistics. Within each group the words are sorted alphabetically. For each group and subgroup there is a total count of the words of that group as well as percentages. this is one of the first times (that I’m aware of) that statistics is applied to Albanian language at this level. This dictionary is a major, indispensable tool especially useful to writers, poets, speakers, journalists, editors, politicians, and everybody that understands the impact of using the right word, in the right place. Linguists and teachers can base their studies on methodic, stylistics, and language and use this dictionary as a reference book.
