A month had passed since Zonar and his friends encountered the Kogrogs at Serpent Mountain. On the way out of Amon, they meet a young man from Nagol named Lem. He tells them of the greatest, most valuable treasure in all of Atillia and that he's on the way to claim it. Having no immediate plans of where to go next, Zonar's crew elects to accept Lem's invitation and accompany him on the road to the Tomb of Tagross.
