In our 12th issue of Phenomenal Stories we celebrate, well, 12 months -- a full year -- of the magazine. We open with a sequel to the first wizard story -- 'The Red Wizard' -- 'The Blue Wizard' by J.D. Hayes-Canell. We also continue 'Time: Book 01: Timenami' by Shawn M. Tomlinson and the Hal Johnson Adirondack mystery, 'An Old-Fashioned Shooting' by Richard H. Nilsen. Next month, we continue our celebration with our Special Double Anniversary Issue. We look forward to the start of our second year with not only Phenomenal Stories, but also the sister publications, Phenomenal Stories Quarterly, Phenomenal Novels Magazine, Phenomenal Fiction Magazine and our annual best of, Lost Carcosa. Phenomenal Stories is a modern-day tribute to the science fiction/horror/fantasy/speculative pulp magazines of the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s.
