Snapshots is a collection of forty flash-style fiction stories, half of which are by Howard, the others by Mizeta. Although some of the stories are from prompts used for writing during Writers Unite sessions at the Hollywood Senior Center, most stem from ideas conjured up independently by the authors. They range over a wide variety of settings, characters, view-points and situations, and range from less than one page up to four. The collection is a journey through the minds and eyes of a wide variety of characters, providing a momentary glimpse into their divergent worlds. The stories are perfect for a quick read, anytime, anyplace. Some will bring smiles, others, maybe tears, but all are intended to make you think, or feel, and hopefully will tempt you to read another one.
