It contains a remarkably down to earth approach. You may feel like you are just chatting with the author. In the end, you may pick up some new tools in your tool box, and will likely sharpen some of your existing skills.

The book is built not only on Mr. Case's 39 year background in airports, but also includes some variety based on his years as a US Army Officer, Mortician and Funeral Director. His 1978 book, "Don't Bury Yourself in Funeral Expense" (Communications Press) precipitated his major career change. This double background adds an interesting flavor.
