This is the memoir of Dave Schott from Columbus, Ohio about his experiences with Honor Flight Columbus. Dave served in the Marine Corps in 1969 and 1970. Since then he has served as a Guardian on over 50 Honor Flights with Honor Flight Columbus accompanying veterans as they visit war memorials in Washington D.C. His goal is to keep the stories alive of veterans who served in the past to fight for freedom and liberty. He hopes to donate the proceeds from the sales of this book to Honor Flight Columbus.
