These Parts

In the land of These Parts, where everyone has only part sight, part hearing, and one arm, a stranger appears who tells a family they can be whole. After consulting the experts, the stranger is rejected and killed. But, he returns to life and again offers to give them sight, hearing, and use of both arms. When the family consults the experts, they say it’s impossible. Only the child remains, and only the child receives… a hug with both arms.
