This is a three-part drama. In the first scene, we meet Joey, a prisoner. He receives an unexpected visit from the warden, who tells him the governor has granted him clemency. The scene ends with him dazed in joyous disbelief. In the next scene, a janitor drops by. He can’t understand why Joey is still in his cell playing cards. Joey is actually more comfortable staying there - it’s what he’s used to. In the third scene, Joey’s sister has arrived to take him home. Although it doesn’t make sense, Joey’s not sure he can leave. The scene ends as his sister takes his hand and literally walks him into the freedom of his new life. The topics include: Easter, Basic Christianity, and New Christian. This title includes 3 male and 1 female characters. And, there are 4 participants. The author is Donna Lagerquist.
