Read That Label

When we’re in the supermarket, we often buy products that we like the look of, or that we have used before. But how often do we actually know what’s in those products? If we take a closer look at the labels that every product has, we can start to understand what’s really in our favourite foods, and we can start to make better decisions about what we really want to eat.
