Clerkenwell Boy, who published the cookbooks #CookforSyria and #BakeforSyria, brings us THESE DELICIOUS THINGS: A Cook Book of Food Memories in support of MAGIC BREAKFAST to tackle childhood food poverty.

This book is an ode to the joys of eating, first and foremost - via a collection of food memories. It is a book of personal stories told by people who spend their lives cooking food, selling it, gathering it, writing about it, and just plain eating it. These are the histories behind dishes that mean something integral to the person who is writing; we’re talking the places, the sights, the sounds, and people that inspired them. Because, however delicious, a recipe only ever tells part of the story. The aim of this book is to bring alive the experiences of our contributors’ food memories, to share these intimate feasting moments, and to present them along with their recipes.
