The fifth LP from Swedish one-man folk revivalist Kristian Matsson released on AWAL Recordings via Inertia. The album features 10 new songs about finding, or making, community in spite of the ever-present anxiety of modern life. The Tallest Man on Earth began a world tour in support of the new record, kicking off April 17. Born in Dalarna, Sweden, Mattson has been compared to Bob Dylan both in terms of songwriting ability and vocal style. He released the critically acclaimed Shallow Grave in 2008, went on to release three more full length albums, which Pitchfork called “surreal and dreamlike,”. He has amassed over 150 million streams on Spotify. He last toured Australia in 2016 playing Melbourne Recital Centre, Sydney Opera House and Fairgrounds Festival.
