Bach’s monumental Cello Suites are regarded as the most significant works of a cellist’s career. In his modesty and thorough musicianship, Truls Mørk now feels he has reached a time when he can commit the works to record - a journey which has taken a long time to complete.

Recorded in Truls’ native Norway, this two-disc set fulfils his life-long dream to record these works, and one which he is extremely proud of.
