With the film due to hit cinemas in just under two weeks (on Thursday 5 June), it’s not a surprise to see John Green’s young adult novel The Fault in Our Stars as our top seller for the week. The mania surrounding this book is astounding, almost cult-like. You can read an interesting take on the book and its fanbase here from Danielle Binks.

Also included on our bestseller list are two books from events we hosted last week: Jill Jolliffe’s memoir Run for Your Life and Howard Goldenberg’s debut novel Carrots and Jaffas. We have more terrific events lined up for this week and you can check out the whole program here.
