We’re not surprised to see the new Harry Potter story as our number one seller for the second week in a row. This book is the official rehearsal script of the West End play, and it’s got everyone talking. You can read some reflections on the story from our booksellers here, though take heed – this blog post contains spoilers!

Other new releases to appear on our bestsellers list include James Halliday’s 2017 edition of his annual Wine Companion, Richard Fidler’s exploration of the Byzantine Empire, Ashleigh Wilson’s gripping biography of one of Australia’s most celebrated artists, Kate Mildenhall’s stunning debut novel (you can read a fascinating interview with Mildenhall here), and James Gulliver Hancock’s gorgeously illustrated tribute to the buildings of Melbourne.

Don’t forget that during August – customers who purchase Hancock’s All the Buildings in Melbourne at any Readings shop or online will receive a free tote bag, featuring artwork from the book. This offer is only available while stocks last.
