Adam Goodes continues to hold onto the top spot this week, with his important picture book about First Nations peoples. He’s followed closely by book five in the popular graphic novelisations of Wings of Fire. Both the novels and graphic novels in this series are very popular, featuring a world of highly intelligent, warring dragons.

Adam Spencer’s book on maths for primary school kids and their parents has made a strong return to the list, perhaps reflecting that it’s back-to-school time this week.

The specially priced title on gut health for primary school kids with the excellent title, There’s a Zoo in my Poo, has also made a leap onto the list this week. It’s a clever and funny introduction to the importance of our gut microbiome and its impact on overall health.

Finally, it’s lovely to see a beautiful new release making it onto the list in the tenth spot. In an Artist’s Garden is both a search and find book but also a beautiful investigation of many famous artists and their gardens that inspired and sustained them. It’s an utter delight!
