Georgia Irwin is the brains behind The Kindness Echoes on Instagram and Tiktok. When she adopted a vegan lifestyle, Georgia found herself craving the baked goods of her childhood: vanilla slices, sausage rolls, apple pies and more. She spent years experimenting with family recipes until she came up with vegan alternatives that live up to (and maybe even surpass!) the originals – and now you can make them too.
