Lisa McInerny wins the 2016 Baileys Women’s Prize for Fiction

Lisa McInerny has won the 2016 Baileys Women’s Prize for Fiction for her novel The Glorious Heresies.

The shortlisted included five other authors: Cynthia Bond (Ruby), Anne Enright (The Green Road), Elizabeth McKenzie ( The Portable Veblen), Hannah Rothschild (The Improbability of Love), and Hanya Yanagihara (A Little Life).
