Alex Elliott-Howery, of Cornersmith fame, will share her in-depth knowledge of vinegar-based pickling and show you just how creative you can get. Learn about different pickling traditions and techniques from around the world, and how to use them in your own cooking. After this class and with the help of Cornersmith: Salads and Pickles, you’ll be confident to pickle anything.
