Literary festivals provide an important opportunity for authors to reach new readers and earn an income. The decision to withdraw from a literary festival is not one taken lightly. We’re pleased to offer a 10% discount on the most recent books written by the authors who have chosen to withdraw from the 2026 Adelaide Writers' Week over censorship concerns after the removal of Palestinian-Australian author, Dr Randa Abdel-Fattah from the program.
