In My Room is the fifth book in the highly successful series of novelty books that started with the phenomenally popular In My Heart. Our little protagonist is back and she’s got her creative hat on, well, several creative hats and she’s having a ball. In My Room is a salute to the power of the imagination and it is happy, playful and an absolute delight. The pages are in the shape of a crayon and on each one our little dynamo conjures up different scenarios and occupations.
In her room she can be a vet, an explorer or maybe a rock musician, her inventiveness is diverse, her enthusiasm infectious, she’s a lovable confection. As with the other titles in the Growing Hearts series the patterns and colours are bright and naïve, they dazzle with spontaneity and quirkiness. And guess what, there is not a screen to be seen, it’s just old-fashioned role play with some basic art supplies, hallelujah! This is an essential addition to every child’s library. For ages 3+.
