Psychic investigators don't normally use their powers to lie, cheat, and get ahead. But super psychic policeman Meguru Chojo does! Relegated to a run-down police station and hated by the entire neighborhood, Chojo gets into all sorts of shenanigans, goofs, and gaffes with his rookie partner, Nao Ippongi. Together, they turn the police force into a farce.

The West Chinjuku Station's reputation seems firmly lodged in the gutter, as citizens literally run away from Chojo on sight. But after hearing of the station's trials and travails, a TV producer barges in with a plan to remedy that infamy-by making a documentary. Meanwhile, Chojo deals with several stalkers, the station adopts a puppy and gets embroiled in an intense custody battle, and an escaped gorilla gets mistaken for Ippongi!
