Learn the secrets to making silky smooth, authentic mozzarella in a fun and casual environment. This beginner–friendly mozzarella-making class run by Giorgio Linguanti, the creator of That’s Amore, will cover the basics of how we transform milk into curd and then, with hands-on instruction, you will learn how to stretch the curd to create mozzarella. You will also learn how to shape the mozzarella into bocconcini and trecce. 

Tickets are $200 per person. Each participant will take home a copy of Burrata by Giorgio Linguanti, an apron and, of course, cheese! 

The workshop runs for 2 hours. Spaces are extremely limited.
