In 1969, a young Tony Kevin set off on his first diplomatic posting to Moscow at the height of the Cold War. Nearly 50 years later, he returned alone as a private citizen. Kevin will reflect on his contrasting experiences and his new book, Return to Moscow, with fellow author Arnold Zable.
