Highly creative people are often admired for their work, but they are also often associated with negative traits, such as being eccentric, self-indulgent, or even antisocial. So how can we enhance our creative potential, but do so in a way that allows us to live a balanced and whole life?

In this workshop, Jeff and Julie Crabtree, renowned music producer and expert psychologist take us on a journey into the psychology of the creative mind. We’ll explore why creative people of all kinds seem to feel and experience the world differently, and may find themselves on a roller coaster ride of amazing highs and gut-wrenching lows wondering if they’re crazy.

This workshop will help us gain practical techniques to unlock and unblock our creativity, understand our own creative processes, as well as survival tips to ensure longevity, productivity and wellbeing.
