We are honoured to have Jacques join us for a glass of wine and a discussion about his new book Cuisine du Temps. Perhaps one of Melbourne’s most celebrated and respected chef , his new book is based on his heritage and embraces the tastes of Asia. His innovative and modern approach to cooking continues to win accolades for him and his restaurant.
