The Patrick White Award evening
Please note: This is an online event.
We are thrilled to offer you a front row seat to a special evening celebrating the Patrick White Award.
Established by Patrick White following his Nobel Prize for Literature in 1973, this award is given to authors who have made a significant but inadequately recognised contribution to Australian literature. Join us online to celebrate this year’s winning author – who will be announced by JM Coetzee on the night.
The evening will include a reading from the winner’s work, and one of the judges, Dr Julieanne Lamond of ANU, will conduct a Q&A with the winner.
This is an online event and free to attend. Please book here, and you will be sent a unique Zoom link.
The Patrick White Award is managed by Perpetual as trustee.
