In The Ethical Omnivore, Laura Dalrymple and Grant Hilliard outline possible solutions, drawing from their experiences as the wife-and-husband team behind Sydney’s much-loved Feather and Bone Providore. This user-friendly recipe and handbook is ideal for anyone looking for a more ethical way to buy, cook and eat meat.

Dalrymple and Hilliard will discuss their book and the ideas raised in it with food writer, farmer, television broadcaster and chef Matthew Evans.
