The Kindness Revolution reflects on the lessons we learned through the pandemic – about making personal sacrifices for the common good, rediscovering the importance of the neighbourhood, valuing our relationships more highly and the need to see ourselves as interdependent, interconnected humans, ahead of our identity as independent individuals. Hugh McKay simply asks us to imagine how different our society could be if we were to apply those lessons more widely.
