Readings favourite and much loved New York based cook and food writer Hetty McKinnon is back with a brand-new collection of recipes, To Asia, With Love. McKinnon describes this new cookbook as a her homecoming and in its page shows home cooks how to create a range of big-flavoured vegetarian dishes using the simplest of everyday ingredients.

We’re thrilled to have McKinnon join us online to chat about modern Asian cooking with journalist and host of The Unbearable Lightness of Being Hungry podcast Lee Tran Lam.
