Celebrate International Women’s Day 2017 with PEN Melbourne!

At this special event, Sara Dowse and Judith Buckrich will talk activism and the turbulence of the 20th century. Both writers have led extraordinary lives: Dowse previously headed the inaugural Office of Women’s Affairs in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in the 1970s, and Buckrich is a former Chair of the International PEN Women Writers’ Committee.
