Israeli author Assaf Gavron and Avner Gvaryahu, the executive director of Israeli NGO Breaking the Silence, will discuss Kingdom of Olives and Ash: Writers Confront the Occupation. A ground-breaking collection of essays by celebrated international writers, edited by Michael Chabon and Ayelet Waldman, it tells the stories of the people on the ground in the contested territories.
