This dark force haunts both the\nFourth and Fifth symphonies, which each juxtapose some of\nTchaikovsky’s most beautiful and graceful melodies with music of\nintense power and dark despair. Principal Conductor Vladimir\nJurowski continues his journey through the composer’s six\nsymphonies, leading the London Philharmonic Orchestra in these live\nconcert recordings.
