As the album title suggests we should expect the unexpected from\nMr Hansen. Album number 7 sees him turn left again, or is it right\ninto a more rootsy, folky singersongwriter territory.

But dear Beck fans, dont be alarmed as he still manages to\nretain his trademark sound. It seems like life for Beck has not all\nbeen wine & roses, song titles such as Lonesome Tears and Lost\nCause and achingly sad lyrics expose his life in a way he has\npreviously avoided.

Acoustic guitars, dreamy electronics and intricately arranged\nstrings mix well with his deep voice that evokes so much\nheartbreak. The least you can do is buy his new album to help his\nrecovery.
