Prepare Me Well spans my solo recordings between 1994 and 2006, says Lang. One third of the album is unreleased stuff, and it seemed a good way to draw a line under all the music Ive put out so far before I bring out my new studio album. I tried to strike a balance between songs that fans associate with me like London or Batemans Bay, alternative versions of songs that changed after they were recorded like Cedar Grove, Gina and I Still See You, and a few songs that never found a home on one of my solo records like Elvis Is Still Dead. We have some limited quantities of the initial package which includes a DVD of three video clips and ten archival live performances.
